► Sometimes you just need a distraction. As mentioned previously, I've been in one of my anxious depressive spells since late last week. Yesterday was particularly difficult, as I've been feeling increasingly overwhelmed with worrying about several different things. ► My perception is slanted. All yesterday I knew it was Monday but I kept thinking it was Tuesday. As such, today I keep thinking it's Wednesday while it's only now Tuesday. I nearly panicked about having to remember to collect the garbage tonight, but our weekly pick up isn't until Thursday. I's confused!
